PHYSICIAN Full-time position. Graduate from an approved school of medicine with three years of approved residency in specialty field. Must have a current Florida license to practice medicine, be of high moral character, ethics, and conduct. Bilingual skills are a plus. Competitive salary and benefit package. Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Certified Program or Masters Degree in Nursing with Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and must have a current Florida license to practice as an ARNP. Must maintain required CME credits. DENTAL ASSISTANT The dental assistant position performs under the direct supervision of the dentist. Limited judgment is exercised and emphasis is placed on instruction and training. The employee must demonstrate a willingness to progress to an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant with on the job training and formalized Dental Education programs. Graduated from an accredited high school or GED. CPR certification and OSHA, HIPAA requirements. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program and licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Pediatric or Family practice office experience preferred, but willing to train the motivated candidate. Bilingual skills and Medical Manager knowledge a plus. QI Coordinator Location: Immokalee/Full Time/Non-Exempt Under the administrative direction of the Medical Director, the QI Coordinator provides the technical skills to support the committees and functions of the medical staff and the organization in the areas of Quality Improvement Program, Utilization Review, Medicaid and Medicare, medical quality compliance, third party quality compliance, and assisting in the corrective actions of these programs at all sites. The functions of this position also include coordinating the medical and chart data collection for grant compliance, employee health screens, injury nurse, coordinates care with worker's comp as needed and summarizes peer review for providers. Coordinates and summarizes patient satisfaction surveys. This position performs with minimal supervision. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, licensed to practice in the State of Florida and have at least 5 years in nursing required with one year of health care management preferred. 3 years experience in utilization/case management and/or Quality Improvement required.
