  CHS Healthcare will consolidate our Golden Gate Dental operation into our Countryside Dental practice and close the office at 5038 Coronado Parkway on June 24, 2009. We have recently opened two state of the art dental facilities to care for our dental patients. With the opening of Countryside Dental in February 2008 and the opening of CHS/UF Dental at the NCEF Pediatric Dental Center in December 2008, we have doubled our dental capacity.
These two beautiful new sites are very close in proximity to our Golden Gate Dental location and are on a bus route.
