By demonstrating compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization’s national standards for health care quality and safety, CHS has earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™. All 11 CHS health care sites go through a rigorous evaluation of its compliance with state-of-the-art performance standards through Joint Commission’s ambulatory health care accreditation program. CHS has voluntarily sought accreditation since 1995.

Joint Commission standards deal with organizational patient care quality and safety of care issues.  If an individual has concerns about patient care and safety in our organization, that the organization has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact CHS management.  If the concerns cannot be resolved through the organization, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission, Office of Quality Monitoring.  Concerns or complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization can be registered by calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
